Nexorus LLC — Cookie Policy
Effective Date: October 29, 2025
Last updated: October 29, 2025
1) About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Nexorus LLC (“Nexorus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, apps, dashboards, and Services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2) What Are Cookies & Similar Technologies?
- Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be retrieved by the server that set the cookie.
- Web beacons/pixels are tiny graphics that operate with cookies to understand usage and campaign performance.
- Local storage/SDKs may store data in your browser or mobile app for similar purposes.
3) Why We Use Them (Purposes)
We use these technologies to:
- Strictly Necessary: Provide core functionality (login, security, fraud prevention, load balancing).
- Preferences/Functionality: Remember settings (language, region, UI choices).
- Analytics/Performance: Measure traffic, diagnose issues, improve features, run experiments.
- Advertising/Marketing: Deliver and measure ads, retarget interested users, cap frequency, build audiences (where permitted).
Some cookies are set by us (first-party), others by trusted partners (third-party) when their features are present on the Sites.
4) Legal Basis & Consent
Where required by law (e.g., EEA/UK and certain U.S. states), we seek your consent for non-essential cookies via our cookie banner. You may withdraw or modify consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link (in the footer of our Sites, where available).
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising where required by law.
5) Managing Cookies
You have several options:
- Cookie Preferences: Use our on-site controls to accept/reject categories.
- Browser Controls: Most browsers let you block/delete cookies or set “Do Not Track” (see Section 12).
- Platform Settings: Adjust ad preferences with platforms you use (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Mobile IDs: Reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.
6) Categories We Use (At a Glance)
- Strictly Necessary (Essential): Authentication, session management, security, payment, content delivery network (CDN).
- Preferences (Functional): Language, layout, saved state, product tours.
- Analytics: Page views, events, performance metrics, A/B testing.
- Advertising: Conversion tracking, audience building, retargeting, frequency capping.
7) Third-Party Cookies & Partners
Depending on your region and enabled integrations, our Sites may use third-party services for analytics, performance, and advertising (for example: analytics providers, tag managers, A/B testing tools, ad networks, social media pixels, live-chat widgets). These providers set their own cookies and have their own privacy practices. Details appear in the cookie table (Section 9) and may vary over time as we update our stack.
8) Retention
Cookies persist for different periods:
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain until they reach their set expiration date or you delete them.
Retention periods for each cookie are shown in Section 9.
9) Detailed Cookie Table (Illustrative)
The exact cookies present depend on your region, consent choices, and which features you use. This table is illustrative; your on-site Cookie Preferences panel shows the current set.

10) Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising (U.S.)
Under certain U.S. state laws (e.g., California CPRA), some analytics/advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” or “selling.” You can opt out via Cookie Preferences or by using a supported GPC signal. We do not sell Personal Information for money.
11) International Transfers
Data collected through cookies may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures).
12) Do Not Track (DNT) & GPC
Industry standards for DNT are not uniform; we currently do not respond to DNT signals. We do, however, honor GPCsignals where required to effect an opt-out of sale/sharing for advertising.
13) Changes To This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the Sites (e.g., banner, notice) and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Please review periodically.
