Overview
California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). Nexorus LLC does not sell personal information for money, but certain analytics/advertising tools may be considered a “sale” or “sharing”under California law. You can opt out below.
How to Opt Out (Your Choices)
A) One-click browser signal (GPC) — recommended
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out for the device/browser that sends it. No form is required.
B) On-site preferences (cookies & ads)
Use our Cookie Preferences link (site footer) to disable “Advertising” and “Analytics” categories. This stores your opt-out in your browser.
C) Account-level opt-out (if you have an account)
Sign in and visit Settings → Privacy to apply an opt-out to your account across devices where you are logged in.
D) Submit a request (form or email)

- Email: privacy@nexorus.com with subject “CCPA Opt-Out” and include your name, email, and the statement “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
We will confirm receipt and honor your request within statutory timelines.
What the Opt-Out Covers
- Cross-context behavioral advertising/retargeting performed by third-party ad tech partners.
- Analytics/measurement cookies or SDKs that may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing.”
Opt-outs do not affect strictly necessary cookies, basic site operations, security/fraud prevention, or processing required to provide services you request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. However, some features may not function without certain cookies or data uses.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on your behalf. Agents must provide (1) proof of authorization and (2) sufficient information for us to verify the request. We may ask you to confirm the agent’s authority directly.

Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link under CPRA. If this changes, we will update this page and provide that control.
Children’s Data
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
How We Verify Requests
For form/email requests, we may request additional information (e.g., verification email link) to confirm your identity and protect your privacy. If we cannot verify your identity, we will explain why and provide guidance.
Timing
We will process your opt-out as soon as reasonably possible and no later than the timelines required by law. Browser-level choices (cookie banner/GPC) are immediate for that browser.
